About the Role:
As an Entry Level Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our projects—from residential garage doors and roofing to pole buildings and siding. You’ll work closely with our experienced staff to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and assist with budgeting and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction plans and specifications
Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets
Communicate with vendors and suppliers for pricing
Assist with data entry, reporting, and job tracking
Collaborate with our project managers and sales team
Ideal Candidate:
Recent graduate from a technical school or business program
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and learning new software
Great communicator and team player

About the Role:
As a Junior or Apprentice Carpenter, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of residential and commercial projects—including garage doors, roofing, pole buildings, siding, and more. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in carpentry and construction while developing your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for construction projects
Learn and apply carpentry techniques under the guidance of senior team members
Help with installation of doors, windows, siding, and roofing
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow instructions and company safety protocols
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Good physical condition and ability to lift materials
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
