I recently had a new garage door and remote installed at my home. I was very pleased with the representative who visited me and provided me with a quote and to those who installed the door. All involved were professional, kind, and available to answer all of my questions. The door is working well and I am very satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend Tri County for those in need of their professional services.

Called Monday at 9 and they arrived at 10:50. They fixed the loose chain, replaced 2 pulleys. Very nice friendly guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called this morning November 6th saying there was no way I could close my garage door. They took it seriously and sent repairmen to my house quickly. They were very knowledgeable and fixed my problem right away. They explained what happened and how they fixed it so l could understand.

Two Tri-County employees came to my home and they did such a great job. They tore out the old garage door opener and replaced it with a brand new door open, keypad, and two remotes. It is so quiet. Both of the employees are very nice. The older employee had been here before and he does quality work. Really does the job right the first time. His younger co-worker was also effective. Just a wonderful team. They had the tools to do the job right the first time. I was glad to get one of your company's calendars. It is my favorite. Good job.

HAD TO WAIT FOR THE GARAGE DOORS DUE TO COVID, BUT THEY HAD THEM INSTALLED WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEM. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PLEASENT WHEN INSTALLING THE DOORS. DOORS ARE HIGH QUALITY DOORS AND WORK GREAT. I WILL BE CALLING THEM AGAIN!
